These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prerana mobile application ("App") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prerana App, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Service

Prerana is an educational platform designed to connect students and teachers in India. The App provides features for educational content sharing, communication, and learning management. Service is available only in India.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations or laws
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or other malicious code
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the App without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to submit such content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
